A GUI based browser is designed to render content in the form of pictures, audios, videos, animations, and text. Most of the browsers nowadays are GUI - based and are used widely to access web - based content. Navigationcan can be done by pointing and clicking with a mouse on highlighted words and graphics, i.e., on hyperlinks. These browsers demand a large amount of bandwidth and CPU resources by rendering high - quality content like videos and animations.
