Adding the question:
Click on the Teacher sprite and add the following script for the first question.
Similarly, add more questions for the quiz by changing the text in the say block and snap it under the script of the first question.
In the end, add the given script to generate the result of the quiz and snap it beneath the previous script.
Adding the option button:
Add four option buttons A,B,C and D as shown in figure and adjust their position on the stage.
In the scripts area, add tge script for the options as shown in figure.
